I came to this work as a patient first

In my mid-30s, with three young children and a full life, I developed debilitating foot pain that stopped me in my tracks. I saw the doctors. I followed the advice. And I kept waiting to get better. I didn’t.

What changed everything was discovering Pain Reprocessing Therapy — and working with a coach who helped me understand what was actually driving my pain. It wasn’t what I thought. Once I understood the neuroscience, everything shifted. The pain lifted. I got my life back.

That experience didn’t just change me. It redirected me.

From Patient to Practitioner

Bringing the power of Pain Reprocessing Therapy to my clients

With a background in Clinical Social Work, I began specializing in neuroplastic pain recovery, at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and healing that had given me my own life back. I trained directly in Pain Reprocessing Therapy with the team at the Pain Psychology Center in Los Angeles, where the method was developed. Today I run The Path Therapy, a private practice based in North Texas, and work with the Pain Psychology Center helping clients across the country and around the world.

  • Member of the Association for Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms (ATNS)
  • Member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
  • Research participant with the University of Colorado and the Veterans Association
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker of Texas #56814

A Personalized Path to Healing

I personalize every treatment to the person in front of me. Depending on what you need, I draw from Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapies — always guided by the latest research, always in service of your specific history and goals.

What I love most about this work is that healing rarely stops at pain relief. Time and again, I watch clients move through recovery and into something larger — a more honest relationship with themselves, a deeper sense of purpose, a life that feels genuinely theirs. That is the part that moves me every time.

I am endlessly honored to walk alongside others on their path.
